WEMBLEY BATHROOM

March 2023

This was a rental property and the bathroom was completely worn out.

Water was leaking to below flat.

DGZ came in and gutted whole place.

Landlord was on a budget and needed done quickly as only bathroom in flat.

We supplied and fitted all new items and completed bathroom in 1 week.

June 2023

Property was taken on by local estate agent as owner had sadly passed away.

Agents required the garden to be completely cleaned and made good.

The bushes were over 10 foot high and garden was completely over grown with foxes living there.

We were able to fix it in 2 days by cutting down and removing all garden waste.

July 2023

Property being refurbished for new tenants.

Local agent called us out to replace entire kitchen and flooring.

No job is too small and we replaced entire kitchen and worktops and flooring within 4 days. tenants moved in on same day.

June 2023

Large extension done by main contractors.

We were required to fit wet underfloor heating and tiles on top.

We first used Ditra mat and tiled on top with porcelain tiles.

We made it 100% level.
